Our return window
You have 90 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. We count from the delivery date the carrier records, not the day you placed the order, so you get the full window no matter how long shipping took.
Condition we need it in
For a standard return, the item has to come back in the shape it went out. That means:
- Unused, or barely handled beyond checking that it works
- Back in its original packaging
- With everything it shipped with, including cables and accessories
If parts are missing or the item shows real wear, we may reduce the refund or turn the return down. More on that near the bottom.
How to start a return
Don’t post anything back on your own first. Email [email protected] with your order number and a quick line on why you’re returning it. We’ll reply with a return authorization and the address to send it to.
Wait for that authorization before you ship. Returns that turn up without one are hard to match to an order, and that slows everything down for you.
Who pays, and the restocking fee
We cover return shipping on standard returns, so sending it back doesn’t cost you anything. We’ll sort out the label or the cost when we authorize the return.
A 15% restocking fee applies to standard change-of-mind returns. It comes out of your refund, so if you paid $100 for the item, you’d get $85 back. That covers inspecting the returned item and getting it repackaged for sale. It does not apply to defective items, which are handled in full under the section below.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we check it over and issue your refund to the original payment method through our payment processor. We aim to approve it within 3–5 business days of the item landing back with us.
How fast it then shows up is down to your bank or card provider, which usually adds another 5–10 business days. If it’s been longer than that and you still don’t see it, email us and we’ll chase it.
If your item arrives broken or doesn’t work
This is separate from a change-of-mind return, and it runs on a faster clock.
If your order turns up damaged, or it won’t power on or work properly straight out of the box, tell us within 72 hours of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and, if you can, a photo or short video of the problem. The sooner we hear, the easier it is to fix.
Before you write in, a couple of quick checks are worth a minute, since they clear up a lot of what looks like a dead device:
- Make sure it’s properly plugged into a working outlet, and try a different socket
- If it uses a removable cable or power adapter, reseat it or swap it for another
- Give it a full power-off and restart
If it still won’t work after that, we take over. For a genuine fault we’ll offer a replacement or a repair first, and we cover shipping both ways. There’s no restocking fee on a defective item. If we can’t get you a working device, you get a full refund.
Warranty
The 90-day return window is not the same as your warranty. The return window is for sending something back because you changed your mind or it arrived faulty. The warranty covers faults that show up later, after that window has closed, and it runs longer. The full terms and length are on our Warranty page.
What we can’t take back
A few things sit outside returns:
- Anything sent back after the 90-day window has closed
- Items damaged by misuse, such as drops, liquid, or opening the item up
- Returns missing the packaging or accessories they came with
- Items with a removed or tampered serial number or label
If a return reaches us in one of these states, we’ll get in touch before doing anything, and where we can we’ll send it back to you rather than keep it.
