Every purchase includes a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or hardware malfunctions that occur during normal, intended use. If your product stops working correctly due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will provide a replacement or a repair at no additional cost to you.

What is Not Covered?

To keep our process fair and straightforward, this warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, or cracked screens).

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use.

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Loss or theft.

How to Make a Claim

If you experience an issue, please contact our support team at support@vuslen.com with your order number and a brief description (including photos or video) of the fault. We aim to review all warranty claims within 24–48 hours to get your replacement processed as quickly as possible.
